Everything (and more) you didn't know you wanted to know about air fryers

My best friend has always raved about her air fryer and for the longest time I was too embarassed to admit that before I'd even consider getting one I'd need to understand how they work! She sent me this video and it was GREAT.

I present: Air fryers are simpler than you think, but still pretty neat by Technology Connections (~20 minutes)

I recommend it if you have an air fryer or if you don't because it's simply very interesting and well presented, with comparisons and demonstrations.

Older people in my family apparently have an irrational hatred of them and I got to drop all these facts that shut them up real quick.
